Stephen Dweck grew up collecting from the natural world — shells, seed pods, fossils, coral, bark — and never stopped. For four decades his New York studio has cast those actual organic forms in bronze, sterling, and gold, set with rough-cut stones chosen for character over perfection. Nothing in the work looks manufactured; it looks found — discovered, not designed.
The aesthetic has held steady across those four decades — its own kind of confidence. The work never needed a trend to justify it.
Stephen is colorful, high-energy, full of charisma, and all of it comes through in the work — layered, a little carefree, in a way this kind of jewelry rarely is. Try on one of his rings set with ten different stones: it should read as busy, and instead it lands as sculpture. That is the mark of a true artist — raw material made into wearable composition.
Private Client Services
Dweck pieces wear differently than they photograph — the weight, the texture, the way they sit. Come in and spend time with them. Or call and we'll describe what we have on hand.
