Picchiotti is an Italian fine jewelry house founded in Valenza, Italy in 1967 by Giuseppe Picchiotti alongside his sister Annamaria. From the first piece he made under his own name — a rose brooch — Giuseppe established a design sensibility that has remained unmistakable: nature rendered in precious metal and rare stone with absolute technical precision.

Flowers and birds are the recurring design vocabulary, and every piece is made in-house at the Valenza atelier.

In 2016 the house introduced Xpandable™, a proprietary stretch mechanism that lets bracelets and rings expand and contract with complete smoothness — no clasp, no snagging. Picchiotti is the brightest star of expandable fine jewelry: when the pieces open they reveal beautifully finished carriages around the titanium coils, where other houses leave the mechanism raw. Stone cuts and color layouts are exact — these are jewelry pieces that happen to be functional, not the other way around. The Cayen Collection carries Picchiotti at Carmel-by-the-Sea.
